To kick off our 10 days of mostly great dinners and mostly new recipes, Maggie and Zina helped me to make fried pork chops (with mashed red potatos, lima beans, and frieed okra) and strawberry rhubarb crisp last night. Zina had the messy, but important job of flouring the pork chops and maggie made the topping for the crisp. Great job girls!
